Grape n Grain
- 30ml Glenfiddich 15 year old
- 30ml Albarino white wine
- 12.5ml Ferdinands verjus cordial
- 5ml Dolin blanc
- 5ml 1:1 simple syrup
- 2 dash Orange bitters
- Ice cold sparkling wine top
- Add all ingredients, except for sparkling wine to mixing glass, stir briefly strain in to ice filled wine glass, and add sparkling wine
- Garnish with gold spray on glass.
