Help and Information

1. How much is delivery?
We offer free delivery within mainland UK on all products over £50. For products below £50 we charge £3.60. 

2. When can I expect my order to arrive?
Most orders will be delivered within the target time frame of 3-5 working days. On occasion there may be reason for us to operate outside these target time frame. Where this is the case, we will notify you as soon as possible after your order is placed. 

3. Can I order items to be delivered outside the UK?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally and can only deliver within mainland UK. 

4. Can I order more than one product?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept orders for multiple products. Please place a second separate order if multiple products are required. 

5. I’ve noticed a mistake! Can I change my order?
Where your Glenfiddich product is customised/personalised, we cannot amend that part of your order. We can only amend the delivery address/name provided your order has not already been shipped. Please contact our Customer Services team at support@uk.shop.glenfiddich.com as soon as possible.

6. How can I pay?
We accept all major debit and credit cards including Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express.

7. Where is my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from orders@uk.shop.glenfiddich.com. This will contain a link to track your order. If you haven't received your products in the expected time frame, please contact our Customer Services team at support@uk.shop.glenfiddich.com 

8. Can I track my order?
When you order has been shipped, you will be sent a dispatch email. Within this email there will be a courier tracking number. Simply follow the link and you will be able to keep an eye on your order. If you have any questions or queries about your shipment, please contact our Customer Services team at support@uk.shop.glenfiddich.com 

9. Who can receive the order?
You or the person signing for the product must be aged 18 or above to receive the order. If you or the person receiving the order looks under 25, the courier will require proof of ID. If the ID proof is not provided, the courier will not be able to complete the delivery.

10. What if my order is incorrect/damaged on delivery?
If you find an issue with your order, please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible at support@uk.shop.glenfiddich.com . Please note you will need to provide a photograph of the issue and having received proof of incorrect/damaged or defective products, we will either refund you or offer you a replacement.

11. Is my packaging recyclable?
The outer cardboard packaging is made from corrugated cardboard which is unwaxed and sealed with paper tape. These materials are recyclable. The air shock inner packaging which protects the product can be recycled in standard recycling facilities. For Glenfiddich 21-year-old we use bubble wrap to protect the product. This is not recyclable at present, but we are looking at more sustainable options.

12. Who are Intervino?
