Spey Collins
- 45ml Glenfiddich 12 year old
- 25ml Peppermint cordial
- 15ml Elderflower liquer
- 15ml Cloudy apple juice
- Sparkling wine top
- Add all ingredients to large rocks or wine glass, add ice, top with sparkling wine, stir. Garnish with mint sprig and apple slice.
