We are only delivering the products in the UK excluding Northern Ireland.
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders to all customers. Most orders will be delivered within 15 working days.
On occasion there may be reason for us to operate outside these target timelines. Where this is the case, we will notify you as soon as possible after your order is placed.

We want all our customers to receive their orders in perfect condition so if you think there is a fault with a product you have received, please let us know straight away by contacting us on infog@glenfiddich.com. We will aim to resolve any issue with a faulty product as quickly as possible but we need you to tell us as soon as you discover the fault so we can resolve the issue for you.
