Penicillin
- 50ml Glenfiddich Fire & Cane
- 20ml Lemon juice
- 10ml 2:1 Honey syrup
- 10ml 2:1 Ginger syrup
- Caramelized ginger
- Add ingredients to cocktail shaker, add ice, shake and strain into rocks glass. Garnish with caramelized ginger.
