Artists in Residence

OUR ARTISTS IN RESIDENCE

We ask breakthrough and award-winning artists from all over the world – the UK, USA, Mexico, Spain, India, China, Korea and more – to use our historic setting, deep in the highlands, to create original pieces of art. Every summer since 2002, we bring bright new talent to stay with us. We give them £10,000 and a chance to collaborate with each other.

This summer, it's the 14th year of our Artists in Residence programme. This year the distillery will play host to eight visual artists from around the globe, working in diverse media including paint, sculpture and installation. Follow this summer's Glenfiddich Artists in Residence Programme here.

As always Glenfiddich is grateful to the selection partners at IT Park, Taipei. Don Gallery, Shanghai. Best college art, Delhi and the Scottish Royal Academy in Edinburgh for their ongoing assistance.

Our Exhibition and Gallery opening times

There are three exhibitions planned showcasing the new work created by this summer’s resident artists. These will open on 24th July, 28th August and 25th September at 6.30 pm. All are welcome and the usual refreshments and cocktails will be on offer.

For each exhibition the Gallery will be open to the public from 12.30-5:30 each Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday until 11th October.
