HOT TODDY ...
It might be the change in climate or perhaps from not wearing socks but poor Kun Ying has picked up a slight summer sniffle. No need for doctors or medicines from the chemists. For as every Scot knows the best cure is good stiff hot Toddy, made of course from Glenfiddich single malt !
A very simple recipe …
50 ml of Glenfiddich 12 yr old
A good dollop of heather honey
Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
A slice of lemon studded with cloves
Place all ingredients in a glass and leave to sit for as long as you can to allow the flavours to mingle before adding hot water and drinking. To be repeated as often as required.
Of course a few of these and Kun Ying is now right as rain once again.
