1. Breaking the rules is great fun 

 Truthfully, I’ve never been one for rules. Which has been known to give my bosses at Glenfiddich mild palpitations! But being maverick isn’t about breaking rules with total abandon, it’s about doing something your way, testing the untested with a firm grip on a future goal. As the maverick whisky makers of Dufftown, we’ve been re-writing the rules of whisky since 1887 at Glenfiddich and we’ve no sign of stopping. The Glenfiddich Experimental Bar is a living, breathing, 3D space that really plays with the traditional bar experience. Expect the unexpected.

2. Be one of the first to try two of our most experimental whiskies created to date 

You may have seen Glenfiddich Project XX and IPA Cask talked about in the media and in social recently – these are two of our newest whiskies, both of which were born out of experimentation. This is your chance to be one of the first to try and experiment with them in an environment that really brings them to life.

3. You will get a chance to create & taste your own whisky infusion 

Just how experimental are you? I won’t say too much, but you’ll be guided by our experts to find the flavours you like best to ultimately make and taste your own whisky infusion. An unforgettable experience right here in London.

4. Visit our Distillery through the power of virtual reality 

So VR is a thing, and it just so happens that we have a VR experience to transport you and your whisky to somewhere completely different. Next stop, Dufftown, from the comfort of your bar stool!

5. You’ll have to forget everything you know about whisky 

Whisky. With salt. No, really. I challenge you to be anything but astounded when you try one of our newest signature serves that changes everything. Do we only enjoy cocktails because of their taste, or are there other senses that come into play? We experiment with all of the senses in a truly unique way. By looking at each area of the senses, as well as elements beyond those, we’ve unlocked a fresh approach to the wonderful world of whisky and invite you to join in the journey of our unusual creations.
